The Regular Meeting of the Apple Creek Council for January 2, 2018 was cancelled due to lack of quorum only members present were Councilman Conrad, Council President Mackey and Councilman Stoffer. Also present was Dale Orr, Jason Woodruff and Laurie Busson.
